When will my order ship?
Most pieces ship within 1–2 business days — order before 2:00pm ET and the clock starts that day. Our 3D-printed frames and displays are made to order and take up to 3 business days; each product page shows its own lead time. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Not for change of mind — nearly everything we make is one of a kind. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, tell us within 72 hours and we'll send a prepaid return label and refund you in full. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Rarely. Most pieces are one of a kind, so once one sells it is usually gone for good. Follow @dreamberrynyc on Instagram for new arrivals.
